and for the ones with the questions I basically want to do a variety of workouts. I don't know a lot of the names of them but the different sit up exercises, swinging it in a trunk twist motion and hitting the wall, throwing it to mimmick punch movements. the push up drill. i guess you guys are right that i'll have to get a weight thats comfortable for me. thanks for contributing what you guy could and im gonna try to make one.
