Medicine Ball Question
I tried searching for this but couldn't find anything specifically on this subject, if anyone can find me a thread where this has been discussed then they are the better poster. Anywho..
I want to buy a medicine ball and start doing the various exercises that one can do with this piece of equipment. I'm 5' 11" 6 footish and 170 lbs. I'm kind of on a tight budget and only really want to buy 1 medicine ball. I don't want to get something too light and have to do more reps with each workout to compensate for the weight of the ball. I was just wondering what is a good weight to start off with that will be sufficient for multiple workouts. Also if anyone has alternative to medicine balls that would be great too.
