a lot of them aren't accurate enough to detect pregnancy in it's early stages because the hormone levels don't change enough to be detected in the urine, but today they make some that are. It seems little soon to get nausa from being preggo though.
Yes women can still have a FULL cycle when preggo if her cycle is close to the conception date.
She should call her OBGYN and ask what to do about the pill. If she is preggo....she probably needs to stop taking it pronto...but call the doc to be sure.
