Pretty good interview. I was pissed that Bart got that decision against him. Good to hear vernon has done a total 180 in training since the Hogar fight training and he looks amazing. Also good to hear from one of his students that Ken is not only nothing like the guy on TUF 3, but is a great coach and a great human being to his fighters, and that he brought in a wrestling and boxing coach from the outside to help the team. I'm also glad to hear that the Lion's Den is getting stronger and stronger, and having a guy that cuts from 195 to 170 and looks like a cast member from 300! Sounds like that guy could be a beast. I'm also glad to hear John doesn't beleive his own hype and is self critical even after wins. A lot of people would have been complaining about the Palezewski fight decision a lot in that interview (and rightfully so), but he was pretty reserved about it.
