I wouldn't say I'd do her, but I keep telling old people--one of the BEST ways to maintain a high quality of life is weight lifting. How humiliating is it to be sixty something and struggling to get off of the toilet. Older people want independence, and weight lifting will give that to them (as well as help prevent treat osteoporosis).
