Make sure your sitting back enough during the squats and avoiding the good mornings, for your abs you more or less want to expand your gut. A weight belt will help train you to do this properly, take a deep breath in and try and take up all the slack in the belt so you feel like your trying to burst the belt, this helps stabilize the spine.
