I think it's part of their arrangement. She gets the money, he gets the moderately attractive ass and (most importantly to him) free reins to use her to increase his internet cred, including but not limited to: Making reference to "her big tits all over his webcam", posting pictures of her faking a smile next to him, and blaming his writing mistakes on her.
