this is for my breakfast shake. Myoplex chocolate or vanilla, add refrigetated cooked oatmeal, a banana, a scoop of natural almond butter or peanut butter and skim milk.

simple quick easy and healthy

you may also add:
flax seeds
honey ( for energy)
creatine
BCAA powder
glutamine
