245lb x 1 Push Press

So I took the advice on here somewhere to not lead up so much to the PR, since in the past I would get to around 10lbs under my last, and go up by 5lbs each set until I either couldn't do it or felt like that was a good stopping spot. I went from 10lbs under my last PR (previously 230) and went straight for 240 after that. Did 240, tried 245, failed the first time, nailed it the second time.
I really like this lift.
