Where did this Dinasour come from? I'll bite though. Penn would win rematch I think he's come leaps and bounds since fighting GSP and HUGHES. (His book sheds light on that) We will see after he fights PULVER (winner getting a shot at LWB) and HUGHES is tied up in TUF and SERRA till the end of the year, probably wont see BJ/HUGHES 3 for a long while espesially if they both become champions again.
