Agreed my friend. My dad grew up in the Jim Crow south. So I'm well aware of the actual semblance to the lynchings of the past.
What bothers me is that
if the details of the story are to be taken at face value, then the poor kid died as aresult of a stupid prank gone bad. He didnt die because his friends suddenly turned racist on him and took his life because he was black.
I too grow tired of victim complexes in this nation and especially when blacks are the first ones to use the victim standard and the race card.
Believe me, having grown up in the balck community, I know bullshit when I see it.
