Definetely dont let school be an excuse to miss workouts. Even if you lift twice a week for 30 or 40 minutes youll be able to maintain or improve a bit. 1-1.5 hours lifting per week leaves you with approximately 166.5 hours left in the week to take care of other shit.

If your taking a week off to rest some nagging injuries thats another deal.
