Taking time off for exams?
With uni finals right around the corner, I was planning to take some time off of the gym so I can really focus on school. However, would it be wise to go an extended period (I am thinking around 10 days) without hitting the weights?
P.S: I was also hoping this would be a time to heal some nagging back and elbow injuries.
