Roundin back during rows
I look down during Dynamic/JS rows as I find ths helps me stay balanced during the excerise. However, because of this I round my back. I've always been under the impression that a rounded back is fine and injuries happen from changing the postiion of your back in the middel of the lift. But today I had 3 people bug me during my set to say that rounding ur back is dangerous and can result in injury.
Is this true?
