Yep seems to have pretty much covered everything. For the front squats, you're either gripping the bar too much (should be on about the edge of the fingertips) or your wrists just aren't flexible enough. If its the flexibility, try light front squats at the beginning of every session just to get the flexibility (or you can just change the way you're holding it to BB style).
