A few lift form questions
Not wanting to clog up other threads or raise the dead i am looking for a few form questions.
Squat: I was reading about squatting wide and was wondering 2 questions, shoudl your feet point outwards away from your body or should they point stright ahead as if you were not squatting wide. Also i have read about turning you feet out being bad for your knees is this bunk?
Deadlift, Right now i usually start wide stance shoulders over the bar and the bar touching my shin knees behind feet. Is this correct cause i see mixed and see people doing it other ways?
Cleans and front squats. I have trouble holding a front squat on my upper chest because the backwards bends hurts my wrists, would crossing my arms like i was hugging myself be a better way of doing this or would that hurt the lift and i shoudl just wrap my wrists? Lastly for a hang clean when do start dip your body again? I mean you squat down power out, snap your arms then dip or do you
