That's why he is not fighting anymore, because his knees are so bad, that I would almost bet that is what the pain meds were for. Maybe that fight was the straw that broke the camels back that the training and preparation was just too much and he realized enough is enough. I don't know him personally, but he appears to be nothing but a standup guy, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
