I don't know that Vera is accomplished enough. I'm not saying he isn't great, but it feels like a lot of hype. Mir isn't quite who he was before the crash.
O'Brien can't be in there just for the Herring win. Although Heath annoyed me with his after fight speech, O'Brien needs a lot more fights to be anywhere near your list.
