First show sounds good so far, the one thing I'd suggest is bringing in someone else as an assistant, just to take the calls before they go on the air to make sure the caller has something interesting to say and deal with any technical problems that occur while the show is on air, I'm sure you must be able to get a student of some sort on the cheap?
Good first show though.
