alright well yesterday was pretty cool, i was rolling with ninja for about 10 mins, and of course he kicked my ass, hes sick at arm triangles..everytime thats all he caught me with, i almost had him in a knee bar, but god hates me, so that didnt work out for me, haha

today was pretty cool we all had a hard ass trainign session, then rafael, split everyone up into 2 sides, and then gave everyone a number, when he called you number both guys would roll..made for asome interesting matches

after everyone played a game where basically its 2 teams, and u have to try and take a persons back, when u get their back, their out..so that was funny as hell cuz everyones runnning around getting double teamed, was a good time

after that i went to lunch with a few fighters from the gym, and para was drinking his soda, and he started spitting it out really fast..we had no idea what the hell was going on, i thought maybe he was choking, haha well there was a bee in his soda, and it stung the roof of his mouth..def top 5 funniest moments of my life, felt bad for him, but couldnt help laughing

thats all for today, im at my apt and to use to net here is expensive so ill get back to you guys when i can..oh and if anyone watced heroes did u guys check out dida put on a show?, that kids def the future of lightwieghts from chuteboxe
