I'm not sure on the demographics, but wouldn't most people who buy the Mundine PPVs in be somewhere in the 18 - 27 year old male bracket? Isn't this the same demographic that is driving the growth of MMA in the US? So, with Australian society being such a micronism of the US in many ways, does this mean that people who bought the Mundine PPV should also theoretically buy the UFC PPVs?
The second half of that is - does MAINEVENT (Aust. only PPV provider) need to have a certain number of "buys" to keep airing the UFC. Does MAINEVENT need to meet a quota to keep it worth running? How are UFC Charges passed through the PPV companies?
I doubt anyone knows, but if MAINEVENT scraps UFC PPVs, then i will be pissed. If the answers are out there...
