So would you recommend starting with gi before transitioning to no-gi? Could you elaborate, please? Or to do both (schedule permitting)? He has a schedule posted, and I think I could do both.
I've definitely heard that he is an effective teacher and a congenial guy as well--that and the proximity to my home are almost enough. Beverly Hills BJJ is nearby, too, but for some reason I like what I've heard and like the no-gi option...
