alright, well today was my first day of training, i woke up around 8 had some breakfast and walked to the gym..i get there sign up, all that good stuff, i got a free hat and a sticker too...anyway..not 5 mins ltaer guess who walks in the door..wanderlei fucking silva, haha..he walked right up to me shook my hand, asked me where i was from, we spoke for a lil bit..anyway, we all go upstairs change, start doing some cardio..and my class is only about 12 people, wanderlei being an active member as well with rudimar and rafael watching over...we do some sparring, some combinations on the pads..

wanderlei was rocking a few people, was pretty cool to watch him train, i met his wife....and already met some friends...great place, one kid actually speaks english..fairly well, enough to have a convo with and to help me out when i need

training was about 2 hours..and at the end rudimar gave a big speech to all of us about how your at a top training facility in the world, but its up to you to be a champion, you have to have the heart, and he spoke how wanderlei still kept fighting cro cop always moving forward even with one eye closed and a big cut on his head..he used wanderlei to show everyone its not where u train, its the hard work u put in

then we all go together in the middle, put our hands in the center, and said heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, haha


was a great day, now im taking a knap cuz im fucking tired, and then tonight ill go train jitsu with cristiano marcello
