Gosh........
If its your job to be an athlete, I understand.
But, if I got a job, have less time to work out and eat correctly, I can't do a lot of these things.
So, this all sounds great, but I gotta create my own diet. I do realize this is for "cutting" weight and not "losing" weight.
Yeah, if I gotta find the time to eat every 2 or 3 hours a day, lol, that ain't gonna happen if I get one lunch break.
In fact, I'm postponing getting a 2nd job in order to lose some weight. Cuz I know that when I get my ideal job, I ain't gonna have any time to workout and eat correctly. I'll get in shape first and then advance my income. Won't be able to ask my manager "hey, can I have some days off? I need time to get in shape".
