I have a similiar story to that from 2nd grade, just a different object being sold.
Basically, some kid had a lot of porn in the 2nd grade. Why, I don't know. But, he ended up giving tons of it to this one kid, and when his parents found it he said I gave it to him. Or I 'made' him take it. Bullshit. I was threatened to get expelled and my parents/principal were pissed. Eventually they interviewed the class and the kids involved, and they figured it all out. I hit the kid in the face with a dodgeball several times after that during gym class.
