I think you'd want to be REAL careful with de-hydration. You have almost no time to re-hydrate, and being dehydrated will definetly effect your performance. Plus, if I remember correctly, you're more prone to concussion/brain damage when de-hydrated.

I'd think water cutting would not suit you for 30 min weigh in at all.
