Felt good. Doing the Eclipse 5x5 takes FOREEEEEEEEVER with those 5 minute rests though.

Not as bad, but need to eat more veggies dude. And eat WAY more protein for breakfast. You've not eaten for 10 hours or so, you need to get some protein in there. Even a protein shake would be better than your cereal. Eat both though. Get some veggies with every meal, at the very least get yourself some fruits.

Your mealplan isn't terrible, it's just very typical western food of meat and grains.
Think of every meal as being veggies and protein together somehow.

That food looks so good though, I miss living in the West.
