I've only tried a couple of these exercises so far but I'll try the rest at the gym soon!

Ongy

Height: 5ft 10in
Weight: 175 lbs

20 rep squats - 220 lbs
Body weight bench press - 16 reps
Overhead press - 145 lbs

My OHP is not very good but I don't think that my other scores are that bad, although I'm sure there will be some very good scores posted in here soon.

Also could somebody please explain exactly what the bent press is? I can't quite picture in my head how to do it from the explanation by the thread starter. I know that the old strongmen used to do it but I can't visualise how to do it.
