Dumbell snatches have to be included in some kind of form, most people that arent in the know would propably not consider that there are another ways of doing it than the oficiall olympic snatch... But your idea sounds good...

Another thing that should be discussed, and preferably in conjunction with the kettlebell section should be something about odd lifts and the like since it after all are extremely relevant for martial arts training and sandbag lifting for instance could definitively be considered a cheaper alternative to kettlebells. Although they dont do "exactly" the same things many similar benefits can be found like weird stabilisation/core recruitment, grip training, etc etc
Smartest would be to have a whery general overview of the oddlifts and its relatives and some benefits (+ something about it being a cheaper alternative to kettlebells) and then start a new thread here in the forum which should be the definitive guide to oddlifts/strongman training/old school training (gymnastics, ropeclimbing, whatever), gpp.
