Keith, a question about power push press, I gave up overhead pressing because I have had shoulder problems in the past, but not due to OH pressing. I also grapple, bench etc. and I have read a bunch of articles from James Smith, Coach X, Mike Hope, and other guys at elitefts that aren't very fond of the OHP, but with the press you described I wouldn't be going to lockout. I have read from those same writers that if the press should be done, then not going above the head isn't too bad. Would you advise this move for someone in my position?
