I'd get a chainbelt to do weighted dips/chins...
definitely get couple sledges(8,12lb)....some grippers is good...
definitely go with power rack....the pins will spot you...and you can do a bunch of really cool stuff....isometrics...heavy partials...etc....
I'd focus on mostly 45 weight plates, but make sure you have 25s, 10s, 5s, 2.5s.....you may even want to consider 1.25.....
maybe a fat barbell.....2" or 3" .....if you get DBs....I'd get them with fat grip of at least 2" or even thicker....
