I'm originally from London.
I don't know about Windsor, but there are two excellent coaches in London who are put on a lot of clinics, etc. Maybe you could make the trip up.

1. Harry Geris - Wrestling.
10 time Canadian Heavyweight Champion, 3 time Olympian. 2 of his sons are MMA competitors. He will whip your takedowns and throws into shape.

2. Ray Takahashi - Wrestling/Judo
Olympian in Judo and wrestling. Coach of the UWO varsity team. From a legendary Judo family. He is a little guy, maybe 140lbs? I'm about 6'3" 240lbs and Ray tied me in knots. I'm pretty sure other members of his family teach Judo in SW Ontario.

I haven't lived in Ontario for 10 years so I'm not sure how active they are these days.
