Limp Bizkit has a reference to Shamrock on their second CD (I forget which song - this is about 6 years ago). I'm pretty sure Tito and Fred Durst were buddy/buddy at the time and Durst jumped on the hate Shamrock bandwagon.
Plus, Limp Bizkit's into was customized for Tito, starting at UFC 32 ("Tito is in the house").
