Tabata method
I have heard alot of good things about the Tabata method (and have tried it myself), but is it enough to increase my fight cardio (I guess Anerobic conditioning)? I mean, is 4 minutes really enough cardio for a day? Most MMA fights are 3 5minute rounds, and 4 minutes doesn't even cover one round. What are your thoughts on this? I have been doing HIIT (in the form of GPP), but I am unsure of which one is better. I plan on doing cardio 3 times a week (M-W-F), and I have Muay Thai and BJJ 3 days a week as well (M-Tue-Thu). Is this enough?
