i think the PM guy was implying was that he deemed the statement false based on comparison with all emperical evidence he and others had spent time investigating. He prolly should have elaborated in his response, but is prolly running short on patience with the C/T'rs these days.
i believe Poly's point is that it's stupid to respond to a request to prove a negative.
I could have called that guy, stated that i knew for a fact that the planes were not piloted by AQ guys, but an Australian street gang. When he said that was fasle, i would ask him how he he could prove that.
