there isnt 'freestyle' wrestling in high school unless its intramural. in high school its called 'folkstyle'. this is mainly in the US. I'm not 100% posotive but i'm pretty sure only the US practices 'folkstyle' while other countries only practice 'freestyle'.
folkstyle (high school and college) you cant slam - you have to come down to a knee first and then the oponent can hit the mat
freestyle and greco- no slams like rampage jackson does but suplexes and throws are legal
