You can throw them but you have to set them down softly. All major suplexes are illegal, you never wrestled or you would know that.

the onlything disallowed in folkstyle are gut wrenches, and locking hands on the floor. any hip toss is not considered a slam. a vast majority of throws are legal. for instance, i knew a guy who would use exclusively drop seonage? (sp?) very efffectivley. so i think it is you my friend that do not know what you are talking about.
