Hah.. I think I had nice some spicy tuna burps when I got home.. It was like eating it twice.. yummy..
Im talking about distance / road work.. Not sprints or anything like that..
And I guess what I am really getting at is not if it will help me run further or not, but more along the lines is it better for overal fighter / fitness training? Maybe its an old boxers opinion/trick to better utilize your dinner or something like that.. Something like less of that fat maybe will stick around and gets used up immediately or something like that.. Scientifically it doesnt seem like it should make any difference, but I really have no idea thats why I am asking..
