Had to spend the whole day on the toilette or in bed. This really makes me fucking angry. When I feel quite alright I can never be sure if Im not fucked up again the other day.
Added the other antibiotic (Ciprofloxacin). I still plan on keeping on training. Sunday will be next session. So one more day to get the condition up. Im quite confindent that the 2 antibiotics togehter will do the trick. The "tendon-thread" reminded me that I should take it easy. So I plan on lifting heavy (dont laugh - heavy is a relative term

) for two more weeks and then switch to a high rep routine for a while (2-4 weeks) and then return to the heavy lifting.
And now I will try to get some sleep.
