and it is true. i have NEVER just collapsed due to muscle failure (when hydrated) cuz your legs truly are strong enough to far surpass your mental barrier.
After a while of just telling yourself that over and over again and actuallly having your legs keep trucking along... endorphins kick in and you dont feel much anymore. Time passes by quick during this time
