Very dissappointing day.

My god damn knee still isn't good to go to paralell. When i went to workout and found this out i was pretty angry. I Need to be squatting.
In addition to that, i have some sort of pull in my back and i can feel it everytime i take a big deep breath.

I hate to say it, but these two stupid injuries, along with shitty cramming for finals, and family interruptions. I just couldn't pull out the full workout.

The knee had me pissed, I did some sets of squats down to where i could before the pain started. It sucked, i want this damn knee to heal. Its fine for doing a lunge, but i can't squat down on it.
I dont know why i let my mood take hold of me so much. i guess i was also mad that i couldn't do the deadlift portion of my workout today either. So i went and cranked off my three sets of bench atleast.

I'm hoping that i'll be feeling better tomorrow overall, hopefully atleast the thing in my back. I'm sure the knee will be taking some time.

My main concern for tomorrow is finishing my final exam (330-630) earlier enough so i can get to BJJ by 5:45.

Time to hit the books so i can train tomorrow.
