Terumo's Hot Chocolate
This is the candy-ass recipe of the bunch, but it is good for a sweet option. I'm almost never big on sweets, but when a craving hits, it hits hard.
1/2 C. unsweetened, Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/4 C. Splenda
4 C. Hood low-carb 2% milk
1 oz. cold water
While bringing milk to just below a boil, mix Splenda, cocoa, and water into a thick paste. Add paste to milk and mix in with a whisk over low-medium heat.
This will make two 16 oz. servings which contain:
F- 10g / C- 5g / P- 24g (Impressive, huh?)
