Train weights only at most 3 times a week (twice a week is perfectly good).
Increase the bag work to 3-4 times a week


Stop being a puss and either do runs in the morning, or slow them down and do them as a warm up for your bag work rounds.
If you want to be good at stand up, find a gym though
