Of course I couldnt resist. Showed them overheadsquats and woodchoppers and while they were doing regular benching, I did some close grips with the given weight. Started out with 65 kg for 20 reps did some reps with the following weights and close grip triple with 80 kg as this was the most weight they used. Of course I played arround a bit on the pull up bar. Even did some squats and deadlifts with ultralight weight. Just for the feel of it. Form felt ok but ym colon is still to inflamed for coretaxing stuff like that.
I want to be able to do regular training again! I love this stuff so much. Even after that more playing arround in the weightroom, I felt so great. I have to win this war and return.
