Why not switch tuesdays workout with wednesdays? since training on monday will work on your cardio, you probably won't need it as much on tuesday. lift weights on tuesday, and use the light cardio on wednesday to stretch out your muscles so you won't be too sore to train again on thursday. That's a good idea! As a matter of fact I could also follow-up Thursday's training w/ a workout as well, then the next day w/ a light cardio session. That is... if I am not too sore. But then again I probably will be. I guess I could just try & work through the soreness if it isn't too bad. & I could move my free day to Sunday. Or hell, if I am THAT sore I could just take my free day the day after my Thursday training session, move my second workout of the week to Saturday & do a light cardio session on Sunday to help prepare me for Monday. Thanks for your input, man.
