Why not switch tuesdays workout with wednesdays? since training on monday will work on your cardio, you probably won't need it as much on tuesday. lift weights on tuesday, and use the light cardio on wednesday to stretch out your muscles so you won't be too sore to train again on thursday. Just my thought.
