You do drop when you do the nogi ippon seonage. It is a pretty common HS wrestling move called *** Whizzer. I don't really like this move. It is something you have to hit early game usually because if they are sweaty it is really hard to do. Plus if it fails you are in a really shitty position. I don't like TDs that put you in a bad spot if you don't hit it.
