Today was Pull day in the weight room. Went pretty well:
Deadlift 5X5
Dumbbell Shrug 5X5
Hang Clean 5X5
Row 5X5
Pull Ups Until Failure (which was 7 today :/)
Had a Protien Shake after workout.
I also wieghed myself before I left, and I wieghed in at 174 with gym clothes and shoes on. I plan to wrestle at 157, so I got some weight to lose.
As you can tell, my diet stinks, and I cant afford to really go out and buy stuff this week. so I will have to deal with the crap my parents buy. Tomorrow I am going to work some frozen veggies in there...
