Multi (One a Day Maximum)
Fish Oil X 4800g
Biotin X 3000g
Protein Shake X 2

-Breakfast- Eggs, Turkey (Yeah...I know I need some Fruit or Veggies, but my parents suck for buying food :/)
-Lunch- PWO Shake
-Dinner- Spagehtti (Had Crab meat in it..yum)
-Other- Bread w/ Peanut Butter (White bread, as my folks dont get wheat :/), Protein Shake (Before Work)

Tabata Jump Rope, Crunches
Bridge Work

Today was Pull day in the weight room. Went pretty well:

Deadlift 5X5
Dumbbell Shrug 5X5
Hang Clean 5X5
Row 5X5
Pull Ups Until Failure (which was 7 today :/)

Had a Protien Shake after workout.

I also wieghed myself before I left, and I wieghed in at 174 with gym clothes and shoes on. I plan to wrestle at 157, so I got some weight to lose.

As you can tell, my diet stinks, and I cant afford to really go out and buy stuff this week. so I will have to deal with the crap my parents buy. Tomorrow I am going to work some frozen veggies in there...
