Workout/Supplement opinions
I just wanted to get a few opinions on what you guys think of this situation and if you'd worry about protein or any other products.
Mondays I train mixed martial arts for about 1.5 hrs
Thursdays I train mixed martial arts for about 1.5 hrs
Some thursdays I do 1hr of boxing and a weightlifting session
Sundays I do about 1hr of boxing and a weightlifing session
On top of all that I'm a shift worker.
This is my basic minimum training squedule at the moment. Based on this ti****ble, would you guys bother to use any protein or any other suppliments?
If so, would you only take on the training days? Before or after the workout sessions?
What type of products would you reccomend?
