I love both, but recently nothing gets in the way of running. Stick at it and you
will come to love it, or at least tolerate it, guaranteed (I posted some pointers the other day which might help -
link).
But sure, cycling is great, at least for aerobic work. To my experience it's very difficult to get your HR above 160 on a bike - but you can try shouldering the bike and running for some great HIIT work. It's also been mentioned that you should be pedalling at 80-110rpm when biking for maximum efficiency and the sake of your knees.
